Position Overview:

As a Commercial Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your deep understanding of the commercial construction industry, coupled with your strong network of industry contacts, will be instrumental in expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Identify potential clients and market segments for business development.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, architects, developers, and real estate professionals.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
    • Convert leads into viable business opportunities.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Collaborate with our project management and estimating teams to create compelling proposals.
    • Present proposals to potential clients and negotiate terms.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Networking and Industry Events:
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
    • Represent Envision Construction and promote our services.
  • Client Satisfaction:
    • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development within the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven success in generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and client needs.
