The Pool Service Technician Supervisor will be responsible for the overall support of the Service team through problem-solving, training and development, and client interactions. The Pool Service Technician Supervisor will also service and maintain customer swimming pools. Our Service Technician Supervisors are customer-facing and are expected to approach each job professionally to maintain our high standard of care.

Duties:
• Primary responsibility is being a go-to resource for the Service team for operational standards, cultural assimilation, core values, and business technologies used to do the job.
• Meet with customers to solve issues and provide solutions for their pool, and manages elevated customer meetings with care and respect.
• Assist trainers and managers with the department goals and objectives.
• The Supervisor is responsible for preparing new pools or troubled pools, to get ready for a route.
• Support the service team with important department priorities.
• Provide quality control checks at pools, perform follow-ups, and complete CYA drains.
• Covers routes as needed to ensure all customer pools are serviced weekly.
• Check all pool chemical levels and ensure proper pool chemistry at each pool.
• Add chlorine, acid, and other chemicals to correct the water balance.
• Visually inspect pool and advise any next steps to the client.
• Check pool equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and chemical stock inventory levels in the vehicle.

Requirements:
• 3 years pool service experience required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or other pool certification a plus
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, 3 years of verifiable driving history and clean driving record.
• Drive the company vehicle safely and following traffic laws. Understand and carry out written directions.
• Possess a willingness to communicate and share knowledge and insight with customers in a tactful manner while presenting a professional image.
• Dedicated to meeting deadlines.
• Dependability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• Physically, the position requires walking, standing, kneeling, bending over and sitting for long periods of time in an outdoor environment. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.
