- Research, create, and evaluate leadership training programs, identifying skill gaps and developing new learning programs to bridge these gaps.
- Monitor and assess the success of learning initiatives, refining or restructuring programs as needed.
- Collaborate with departmental leadership and SMEs to facilitate various types of training.
- Design and develop instructional plans for e-Learning leadership programs.
- Work with Instructional Designers to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
- Support LMS Administration of leader training programs.
- Coordinate communications through Marketing and Business Development leaders.
- Assist with coaching, mentoring, and succession planning activities.
- Conduct needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develop programs to close gaps.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Human Resource Management/Development; Leadership Development; I/O Psychology; Clinical; Organizational Effectiveness) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in areas such as organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, marketing and design, training program development, training delivery, curriculum design or related field. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects at once, excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong learning orientation, growth mindset, and the ability to adapt to changes in the environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and data analysis skills, including establishing and tracking key metrics to determine overall effectiveness.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
