  • Conduct needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develop programs to close gaps.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Human Resource Management/Development; Leadership Development; I/O Psychology; Clinical; Organizational Effectiveness) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in areas such as organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, marketing and design, training program development, training delivery, curriculum design or related field. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects at once, excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong learning orientation, growth mindset, and the ability to adapt to changes in the environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and data analysis skills, including establishing and tracking key metrics to determine overall effectiveness.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
