We are actively in search of a dynamic Public Relations and Communications Assistant to assume a crucial role within our team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in promoting our events, crafting compelling communications, and engaging our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing communication strategies for events.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to produce visually captivating and effective marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all channels by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities through proactive market research.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events to significantly enhance brand awareness.
  • Provide valuable general administrative support to the marketing department.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, with proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bring a creative mindset with the capacity to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Advantageous to have familiarity with event marketing concepts.
