Summary:
Responsible for accuracy of, preparing of, and posting the nightly audit and accompanying reports for the Resort. Provides service to customers, answers inquiries pertaining to the Resort services, registration of Owners and guests and travel directions. Supports efforts in meeting company guest satisfaction goals, including RCI Silver Crown Distinction expectations. Has a support responsibility to all functional officers, directors and managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconciles shift activity reports, performs key and folio audits, daily audits and related reports. Corrects and reports discrepancies or inconsistencies immediately to the Front Desk Supervisor for follow-up, as appropriate.
- Ensures that all reservations, reports, fees, and payments including third party reservations are accurate.
- Communicates and enforces resort policies and procedures.
- Provides customer service and support to owners/guests with questions and inquiries via phone, e-mail, direct mail and direct contact.
- Provides an enjoyable vacation experience from check in to check out.
- Educates and informs the owners and guests on usage, provides on-site activities, area attractions, events, and other vacation information.
- Conducts switchboard operations and relays guest's messages.
- Processes payments for maintenance/assessment fees, mortgages, reservations, retail merchandise and activities and submits updates/corrections to Front Desk Supervisor to be updated in SPI.
- Responds to guest inquiries, questions, suggestions and minor complaints and discrepancies. Follows up with guests, Front Desk Supervisor or MOD, as appropriate.
- Performs periodic maintenance and vacancy inspections on clean/vacant units and reports discrepancies via proper channels. Supports other departments in light cleaning, maintenance, house-keeping, marketing, and fill activities when needed.
- Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential duties of this Job, the employee is commonly required to stand, talk or hear. Additionally, employees in this position are frequently required to walk; use hands to lift, place, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel and crouch when stocking, shelving, etc. Employees must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Lifting items over 25 pounds will be done with equipment or two or more employees.
