QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and project management
  • Proficiency with reading and interpreting diagrams, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and regulations
  • Proficiency with computers, project management software, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field would be preferred. 5+ years of experience would be a plus.


AVERAGE DAY AS OUR HVAC INSTALLATION PROJECT MANAGER

In this project management position, you diligently oversee and coordinate our commercial installation projects to make sure all the work is done accurately, on time, and within budget. Attentively, you take care of matters such as scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and project execution. From beginning to end, you oversee all aspects of the installation process and promptly take care of any problems that pop up.

You conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project completion. As the work progresses, you update the client and ensure total job compliance. With your diligence and excellent project management skills, you ensure every job is a successful one
