Essential Job Functions

  • Has a high standard of customer service and implements these standards on property. 
  • Knowledge and aptitude for use of a variety of computer software applications and property management systems and reservation systems.
  • Ensures that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to guest tracking and productivity.
  • Serves as Manager on Duty in absence of the General Manager

Education

High school diploma or GED 

Experience

One (1) years previous hotel guest services, front desk. 

Hours required

Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. May be required to work weekends and holidays. Mostly overnight but could include some other shifts as well.
