Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive and engaging interview experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding. Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a supportive hiring process.
  • Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Take ownership of coordinating travel and processing travel reimbursements.
  • Use TextEngagement, phone calls, and emails to schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team. Ensure all parties are informed, and prepared, and arrive on time for interviews.
  • Take an active role in each candidate's on-site experience, including facilitating interviews and serving as the point of contact for all candidate needs.

Required Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
  • HS diploma
  • 1+ years in HR operations, service delivery model, customer service, or employee service center
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude towards change, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose. Proactively helps bring others along to expedite change
  • Analytical thinking for making logical decisions and solving complex problems. Capable of questioning assumptions and considering multiple perspectives

Preferred Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
  • Bachelors preferred
  • Plus if they have worked in an ATS systems

Compensation Details: $25-26/hr W2
