Automotive Journeyman Technician/Mechanic - Napleton Buick GMC Crystal Lake, IL

Napleton Buick GMC of Crystal Lake has immediate openings for Automotive Journeyman Technician/Mechanics. Our shop is currently looking for experienced General Motor technicians. Full-time positions are immediately available. We offer a very competitive compensation plan with pay up to $45.00 per booked hour in a union shop. 100% union benefits. Numerous growth opportunities are also available for those that want to grow and develop in their automotive career. This is a great opportunity to get in the door with an industry leader in the automotive industry.

This is an advanced level position in which a minimum of 3 years of previous tech experience is required. You should be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.

Requirements are listed below:

  • Must have at least 3 year's previous tech experience

  • General Motors experience is a plus

  • ASE and General Motors trainig is a plus

  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, 21 years of age or older, willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
