A rapidly growing home health agency in Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing high-quality care. They are looking to enhance their team to manage an increasing volume of inbound calls and support their continued growth.


Job Description:

The Call Center Representative will play a crucial role in managing a high volume of inbound calls, addressing caller issues, and ensuring efficient ticket creation for follow-up. This role is key in maintaining excellent client and caregiver relationships and supporting the overall operations of the call center.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle between 80-100 inbound calls daily, addressing various issues from caregivers, families, and clients.
  • Collect detailed information from callers and create tickets to route issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Use provided scripts and forms to ensure accurate and effective call handling.
  • Provide assurance to callers that their concerns will be resolved and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred, or significant experience handling high call volumes.
  • Excellent phone communication skills and a professional demeanor.
