Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Clerk Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a Clerk Assistant at 4Sight, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Answer and direct phone calls and take messages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Clerk Assistant or in a similar clerical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and appearance
