Position Summary

Responsibilities

Exceptional Engagement:

  • Ownership of executing Family Fare merchandising needs throughout the year (2 significant yearly resets for candy and snacks and 1 for all other categories).
  • Development and execution of brand Plan-O-Grams in conjunction with key partners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with store leadership.
  • Keeping lines of communication open between key partners including the Director of Retail Services, POG Specialist, Retail Marketing Specialist, and Retail Brand Sales Support.
  • Responsibility for the implementation of special projects as needed.



Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills Required

  • Clean driving record.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
  • Sound organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to do some overnight travel.
