Experience and Skills Needed:

  • Experience: working with concrete preferred, but not required.
  • Aptitude to learn to read, understand, and interpret architectural and commercial blueprints.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Ability to do mental math and calculations.
  • Strong technical skills, including computer and email proficiency.
  • Leadership skills; ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds several times a day.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to work inclement weather conditions.
  • Good housekeeping skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.
