We are looking for an Admin Intern to join our team.


 Desired knowledge / skills / experience

  • Ability to work in a team environment and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Self-starter with a positive, willing to learn attitude.
  • Proficiency in time management

 

Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department(s) or individual(s), taking and delivering messages, providing a professional point of contact.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person/department.
  • Assist in preparation and editing of written documents, including reports and correspondence.
  • Manage and organize company’s filing system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Perform data entry tasks, update databases and spreadsheets with new information as required.
  • Assist in performing and managing inventory of office supplies.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voicemail systems and personal computers.
  • Maintains files, records, and logs.
  • Disburse incoming packages to the appropriate staff member.
  • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
