As a Customer Care Representative, you will be a key player in our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams. You will handle donation processing, maintain our donor database, and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with the Supporter Relations Manager, you will assist with various departmental tasks to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all fundraising inquiries, both internal and external.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring timely and thoughtful acknowledgment of donor contributions.
  • Work with management and the communications team to create accurate and engaging donor communications.
  • Support fundraising events through planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance.
  • Maintain and update the donor database, provide training, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Administer data inputting, make amendments, generate reports, and create data queries as needed.
  • Assist the fundraising team with task prioritization and deadline management.
  • Stay informed about fundraising trends and initiatives.
  • Contribute new ideas and take ownership of your role to drive success.
