Rivers Edge Landscape Management is currently seeking an experienced lawn care professional to lead our Mow crew team.  Mow Crew Leaders are responsible for driving company vehicles, leading their crews in the completion of all lawn maintenance tasks, caring for their truck and equipment, and ensuring safe operations for their team, clients and equipment.  In leading their crew, this position will perform lawn maintenance tasks primarily for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing/cleaning up trimmings and other lawn care related items.  In addition to crew leadership responsibilities, this is a hands-on position which allows you to take full ownership of the work completed in the field and ensuring quality work is performed.  We look to promote our crew leaders to management positions and beyond.

This is a full-time, year-round position.  During winter months, Mow Crew Leads will remain employed (no layoffs) and assist with shop and equipment maintenance and snow operations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional lawn care or landscaping experience and/or supervisory experience is preferred

  • Desire and ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for extended periods of time
