You will also be responsible for coordinating with others to ensure project deadlines are met.

Civil Construction Foreman Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers and contractors on site
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality work
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor hours
  • Identify and address any issues or problems that may arise during construction

Civil Construction Foreman Qualifications

  • 3+ years in civil construction
  • Valid Drivers License and your own transportation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to read blueprints and drawings

Job-Type:

  • Temporary to Permanent
  • Monday - Friday
  • $26 - $28 per hour based on skillset and experience
