Position Summary:  You assist the Director to ensure efficient F&B operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Skills
- Strong background in kitchen and restaurant management
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and industry regulations
- Experience in training and development of employees
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Previous experience as an Manager is a plus

Education

High school education/GED plus 2 years related experience.

Experience

• Proven working experience as restaurant manager or supervisor
• Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge 
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software

Hours required

Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
