Greenhouse Biloxi in Biloxi, MS is looking for a talented to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 152 G E Ohr St.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable with reliable transportation. This is a part time position with the potential to be full time in the future.

We are looking for a person who has kitchen experience with prep as well as line work. This person will work the line some days, and prep others. This person must have a great can do attitude, be comfortable working hard, and work well with others as well as be able to jump in and help others when they need it.

Job duties include but will not be limited to:

  • Understanding our menu and customers needs to efficiently make and plate meals
  • Keeping the line prepped and keeping track of our on hand inventory for service
  • Communicating needs while on the line and being able to ask for help.
  • Multitasking
  • reading and following recipes efficiently
  • cleaning and organizing

Qualifications

  • Great attitude
  • Experience in a fast paced kitchen outside of fast food.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong verbal communication skills
