Armed Site Supervisor Security Officer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Site Supervisor Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and leadership, with the ability to manage and oversee a team of security personnel effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to monitor and maintain a secure environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms, providing appropriate action and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities and incidents.
- Train and mentor security staff, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues for repair.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Certification.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
- Proven experience as a security officer or supervisor in a similar role.
- Ability to carry and use a firearm safely and responsibly, with proper certification and training.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security management or related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Capability to handle physical confrontations if necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
