Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe primary function of the foam roofing estimator/sales is to provide and lead full service estimating for multiple scales and complex projects. Be knowledgeable about regulations, permits, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of roofs both residential and commercial roofs.
Work closely with architects and other professionals.
Compute costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
Track and manage awarded contracts through Construction Foreman and GC software.
Attend all pertinent pre-bid meetings and review proposals and specifications to determine scope of work and estimate.
Conduct roof surveys and meet with clients to assess requirements, take measurements, photos, and collect date to be used in plan.
Plan and oversee a project from initiation to close with the help of software, resources and a reasonable budget.
Strong knowledge of the bid and estimating process.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Must be physically capable to carry a ladder and climb roofs.
Acceptable driving record and insurance.
Construction, Residential and Commercial experience preferred.

Experience/Skills:
2_+ years in commercial, residential estimating preferred.
Strong and comprehensive knowledge base of estimating techniques, cost control system.
Communication skills are essential, as they are often required to communicate with variety of individuals, including clients, other estimators, sales repres, and contractors.
Problem solving skills
Organization-follow up of leads and bids.
Prefer OSHA and safety certified
