Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 

  • Interact and greet potential customers, introduce our clean energy alternatives in order to educate customer, meet their individual needs, and close a sale in need be in a retail setting
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectations in each location, including personal and team sales goals
  • Communicate a desire for ongoing learning and welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and team performance
  • Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards
  • Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Use available tools to stay current on clean energy initiatives and help execute profitable sales growth
 

Retail Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 

  • Proven success in customer service or clean energy sales
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Outgoing, friendly, driven, and energetic personality
  • Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills
  • Ability to grasp people's attention and draw them in
  • Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • High energy, great organization skills, and uncompromising Integrity
  • Tremendous sense of urgency and customer service orientation
