We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing. Your ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with our clients will be critical to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry. Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls and answer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Respond to client emails and address any questions or concerns

- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing

- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products and coverage

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborate with team members to resolve any complex or escalated client issues

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed assistance to clients


Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
