As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing. Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls and answer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Respond to client emails and address any questions or concerns

- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing

- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products and coverage

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborate with team members to resolve any complex or escalated client issues

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed assistance to clients


Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
