What matters most as the part time customer service representative:

  • Pay starting at $16 / hour 
  • Permanent, temp-to-hire opportunity with benefit access including medical plans, dental, vision, and more
  • On-site position for a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Monday – Friday 8am-12pm schedule 

 

Your new role as the part time customer service representative:

  • High volume phone calls
  • Conduct 40-60 minute phone interviews for life insurance applicants to determine eligibility
  • Document calls and record information in the database

 

Your experience to be the part time customer service representative:

  • High School or GED required
  • 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment
