We seek a skilled and experienced Residential New Construction Lead Installer to oversee and execute installation projects with precision and care. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in installation within the residential construction sector, demonstrating a track record of successful project completion and leadership. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and requires a dedicated professional passionate about building and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Led and managed installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and train installation team members, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conducted site evaluations, prepared installation plans, and ensured all necessary materials and equipment were available and prepared for each project.
  • Implement and adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process, applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including project details, progress reports, and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, professionally address any client concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the completed project.

Qualifications: Must have to be considered
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in installation within the residential construction industry.
  • Gas mech 1, EPA
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • A commitment to safety, with knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in construction or related fields preferred.
