As instructed by the Director of Maintenance, maintains all Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas' buildings and grounds to the highest standard within available resources. Responsible for performing a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, cement masonry, drywall, plumbing or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing and/or remodeling Goodwill leased and owned properties.

Applicants must have a good working knowledge of all building trades, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, air conditioning and carpentry.
