As a Trading Operations Associate at NinjaTrader, you will work with a team of talented Trade Desk, Operations and Risk Management team members to provide trade-related assistance to our brokerage customers via world class, timely email and phone support. The ideal candidate can adapt to the fluctuating volatility within the markets – able to seamlessly move between a fast-paced and slow-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage customer trade positions and perform back office administrative functions associated to trade allocations, treasury requests, and set-up of trading platforms
  • Work with a team of talented Trade Desk, Operations, and Risk Management Team members, as well as cross functionally across various business functions
  • Manage everyday customers' trading activity while being responsible for special bookings, allocations, FX trades, among other daily activities
  • Monitor and resolving trade breaks, perform end of day checks, and process commission discrepancies and adjustments, as needed
  • Monitor and supporting contract expiration processing
  • Support post-trade allocations

Key Job Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • Fully fluent (verbally and written) in both English and Spanish
  • Tech savvy and able to troubleshoot computer issues directly with clients
  • Comfortable learning our proprietary trading software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and willing to help in any situation
  • Detail oriented, even while multi-tasking
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Willing and able to work alternate shifts when necessary
  • Perform other duties, strategic projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Ability to work well with others and across functions (new accounts, account management, support and customer service, marketing, finance, etc.)

Bonus Points for:

  • Strong interest in financial markets - prior experience is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft office knowledge, advanced excel knowledge is a plus
