Summary/Objective:

The Continuous Improvement Administrative Coordinator will support the Continuous Improvement Manager and the team by managing administrative tasks related to process improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the department.

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate and schedule process improvement workshops and meetings, including sending out invitations and reminders to participants.
  • Manage and maintain process documentation and training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible to all team members.
  • Monitor and track process improvement initiatives and provide regular status updates to the team.
  • Support the team in data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department and team members as assigned.

Required:

  • Must currently be pursuing a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Overall, the Continuous Improvement Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Continuous Improvement department by providing essential administrative support to the team. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
