  1. Create PowerPoint presentations for site analysis
  2. Review documents for compliance with corporate standards
  3. Efficiently use Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  4. Guide franchisees through site search and lease execution
  5. Update territories using Google Earth Pro
  6. Analyze new market areas and create presentations based on findings
  7. Conduct market visits with franchisees to share site selection knowledge
  8. Lead weekly calls with franchisees to track Real Estate progress
  9. Support Construction Department with value engineering analysis
  10. Assist with adhoc projects related to FDD and franchise documents
  11. Maintain Real Estate documents in OneDrive
  12. Train franchisees on Franconnect project management tool
  13. Utilize Kalibrate for data analysis on territories and sites
  14. Prepare economic analysis reports for internal deals
  15. Collaborate with Director on deal analysis and progress tracking
  16. Develop time plans with Franchisees to meet development agreements
  17. Coordinate internal meetings
  18. Use Python for basic scripting and task automation
  19. Problem-solving skills for efficient delivery of solutions
  20. Verbal presentation of analytical tasks to Director and Chief Development Officer

Qualifications:
  1. 1-3 years of experience with restaurant franchise models and Real Estate selection
  2. Understanding of the basics of restaurant franchise models relating to Real Estate processes
  3. Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and present to director level
  4. Experience with Microsoft Platforms, particularly Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook
