Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Personalize strategic messaging through email, social channels, and outbound phone calls to engage prospective clients
  • Maintain and report on an active pipeline of engaged prospects through creative and meaningful follow-up
  • Secure and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calls, networking events, and conferences
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage and report on a sales pipeline with meaningful insights to efficiently drive sales to close
  • Provide the marketing team with feedback that leads to the development of collateral and marketing materials
  • Other tasks and duties commensurate with the position

Compensation

  • Salary: Initial annual salary of $50,000.00
  • Bonus: Uncapped each month, as outlined on attached Schedule A
  • Vacation/Paid Time Off: You will be eligible to participate in the company’s PTO policy
  • Benefits: You will be eligible to participate in the company’s medical and benefits programs 30 days following full time employment. You will be eligible to participate in the 401(K) program after your first 6 months of continuous employment.
