Village Health Partners (now a part of Catalyst Physician Group) is a well-established primary care practice dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services to our community. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and supportive environment. We have offices in Plano, Frisco, and McKinney.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Front Office Representative/Concierge to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience from check in to check out. Candidates must have previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting and excellent communication skills.

We are scheduling immediate interviews

Responsibilities:

  • Check patients in for appointments and update patient demographic and insurance information
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and document patient information in EMR
  • Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances upon check out
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Schedule follow-up appointments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
  • Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow all HIPAA and privacy policies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Athena EMR experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in properly handling confidential and sensitive information; knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Must live within a 45 min commute from Plano, Frisco, McKinney
