This led to the successful opening of its second Arizona commercial indoor medical marijuana cultivation facility in 2018, where we proved that we are capable of being leaders in the cannabis industry.

Full Job Description

We are looking for a flexible and hard-working individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Events Worker. This position involves a mix of warehouse responsibilities and active participation in the setup and breakdown of events. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and possesses the adaptability to manage a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. If you take pride in your work, whether organizing stock in the warehouse or ensuring events run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Duties:
    • Safely load and unload event materials and equipment, ensuring timely transport to and from event locations.
    • Drive company vehicles to event sites and deliver materials to our retail locations, strictly following traffic and safety regulations.
    • Efficiently set up and break down event displays, booths, tables, and promotional materials.
    • Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure that all materials are accurately accounted for and delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies or issues to warehouse management.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to support the successful execution of events and warehouse operations.
    • Adapt to a flexible schedule that includes working nights, weekends, and some holidays to meet the needs of event planning and warehouse operations.
  • On-Site Event Management:
    • Oversee set-up, execution, and breakdown of events.
    • Ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
    • Manage staff and volunteers during events.
  • Problem Solving:
    • .Address any issues or challenges that arise during events promptly and effectively.
    • Implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.
    • Prepare reports and summaries for management as required.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure seamless coordination of events.
  • Time Management:
    • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
 

Qualifications:
  • Age: 21 Years or older
  • Education:
    • High school diploma
  • Experience:
    • Prior event experience ( Preferred) 
 
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
