**Pay**: $50,000.00 per year

**Schedule**: 4-8 hour shifts, Day and Evening shifts available

**Job Duties**:

- Prep parts for Cerakote
- Cerakoting
- Cerakote equipment maintenance
- Cerakote equipment cleaning
- Keeping all inventory stocked
- Pick up and drop off to laser engraver
- Cleaning up any overspray
- Generating new Cerakote ideas
- Assisting with any other tasks as needed by the company
- Quality control checks on finished products
- Communicating with customers regarding order status or specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with training new team members
- Participating in company meetings or brainstorming sessions
- Providing input on process improvements or efficiency enhancements**Additional Details**:

- Escape Supply Company, in business for 4 years, seeks an experienced Cerakote Applicator.
- Initial part-time position during mandatory probation period; potential for growth.
- Flexible hours, not confined to Mon-Fri 9-5; Saturday 9am-2pm.
- Pay scales with experience; ample room for advancement.

Pay: $42,869.85 - $50,000.00 per year
