We are seeking a BDC Representative to fill a position within our automotive customer care team. The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service, being on the phone, a fun and friendly competitive atmosphere, and teamwork Bi-Lingual is a plus

This position is an hourly paid position plus monthly commission and bonuses

BDC Representative Responsibilities:

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
  • Create excitement and set appointments for customers to drive our world class automobiles.
  • Respond to internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our state of the art facility.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
  • Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
  • Must be available to work a combination of shifts which includes nights and weekends.

BDC Representative Qualities:

  • Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction
  • Willing to participate in skills and product training
  • Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Persistent and a self-starter
  • Proficient with computers, emails, smart phones, and the internet

Job Types: Full-time, Hourly, Commission

Experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred, but not required)
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus (Spanish)

Education:

  • High school (Preferred)
