As a Logistics Coordinator, your day is spent thriving in our fast-paced environment. You effortlessly juggle multiple tasks with a smile. Tracking and tracing heavy equipment moves across the nation, ensuring each delivery happens like clockwork is a key responsibility. With your keen eye for detail, you're constantly monitoring the progress of current equipment moves, ensuring everything stays on track for timely deliveries. You're also a master negotiator, dialing up companies to snag the best prices and maximize savings. You're the linchpin of communication throughout the day, enthusiastically reaching out to customers via phone calls and emails, ensuring they're thrilled with our service. And when it comes to updating our custom portal with precision and accuracy, you're a seasoned pro. Amidst all this, you effortlessly handle general office duties, answering emails and phone calls with a can-do attitude. This coordinating role isn't just about what you do; it's about the energy you bring to our growing dispatching team and the endless opportunities for personal and professional growth that await you.

This full-time coordinating position typically works regular business hours with the opportunity for overtime.
