We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team and support the coordination and execution of private parties and space rentals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation, coordination, and execution of private parties and space rentals, including birthday parties, social gatherings, and special events for all ages.
  • Collaborate with members and guests to understand event needs, preferences, and expectations, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Prepare event spaces, including setup of tables, decor, inflatables, activities, food, technology, and sports areas, according to client specifications and Elite Sports Clubs standards.
  • Welcome and assist event attendees, providing guidance, information, and support throughout the event.
  • Monitor and oversee the safe and enjoyable use of equipment and facilities during events, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Elite staff and occasionally external vendors or service providers to facilitate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events, including sanitization of equipment and surfaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support event schedules.
  • Knowledge of inflatable setups, technology equipment, and sports activities is a plus.
