Maintenance Recruiting Specialist

Location: Phoenix Metro Area

Job Type: Full-time

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing recruitment activities within our maintenance department and coordinating effective training and team-building events. If you are passionate about talent acquisition, organizational development, and have a knack for fostering a positive work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate Maintenance Supervisors in coordinating training programs and events for maintenance staff.
  • Centralize and update training materials as requested by Corporate Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for maintenance positions.
  • Review and update job descriptions, job postings, and advertisements to effectively promote open positions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, and partner with Human Resources to ensure completion and auditing of background checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Supervisor to ensure new hires receive on-site training post-background check, onboarding, and corporate orientation.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations submitted by Corporate Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Ensure uniform availability for all new hires

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred, though not required.
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willing to travel throughout the Valley
