Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in understanding their surgical procedures, including pre-operative preparations and post-operative care.
  • Coordinate appointments and consultations with surgeons, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
  • Ensure timely communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in surgery or orthopedics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
