Bistro Attendant/Bartender

The Courtyard by Marriott, situated on CMU’s campus, is seeking a Bistro Attendant to assist with evening bar and dining services at their on-site restaurant, The Bistro. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality bar/restaurant services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
• Money handling
• Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
• PM service includes tending bar, mixing drinks, and guest service Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations
• Safe food handling

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
