Color Street is seeking a highly organized Sales Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing project management and administrative support to the Global Stylists Experience team. This position ensures that all programs within the department are fully executed, effectively administered, and delivered seamlessly contributing to an enhanced stylist experience at Color Street.


Program Management:

  • Track all sales programs including training, events, incentives, and recognition, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables from all cross-functional partners
  • Develop briefs and key messaging for sales programs, promotions, and incentives, and share them with cross-functional partners to ensure they are informed and aligned on messaging and deliverables.
  • Measure program results, monitor processes, and adapt systems to better meet sales needs.

Field Recognition Programs:

  • Run reports for monthly rank promotions.
  • Oversee the ordering, inventory and shipping awards and gifts for all recognition programs
  • Communicate monthly ranks through all communication channels

Event Support:

  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Events including researching venues, hotels, vendors, transportation, décor, etc.
  • Provide onsite event execution support and be a point-of-contact for all onsite vendors and staff attendees.
  • Maintain organized records for current, upcoming, and completed events.
  • Support the booking of and preparation of guest speakers or special guests

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with ad hoc needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with remote employees on alignment for all sales programs
  • Coordinate surveys, feedback, and data collection across all programs, and compile concise summaries for leadership review.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years working in an administration function?
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient knowledge with Microsoft programs and Google Drive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event planning and execution.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and administrative support tasks.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 10%)
