HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) GENERALIST (SENIOR)

At HIPP, the HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the company by providing knowledge and expertise in the various HR functions. This includes creating, coordinating and implementing programs, policies, and activities as they apply to the company and our team members while complying with legal requirements and government regulations.

As HIPP continues to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and drive HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, day-to-day HR tasks as well as long-term projects involving:

  • Talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Employee development
  • Employee documentation and records
  • Benefits management
  • Payroll processing
  • Policies and procedures development and implementation
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Employee engagements and relations
  • Performance management
  • Safety management
  • Data analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with demonstrated expertise in the areas listed above.
  • HR Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
