What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate and attentive care to our clients while making their days brighter with your infectious sense of humor.
  • Assist with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, all while maintaining a positive and fun atmosphere.
  • Use your creativity to come up with fun activities and entertainment that cater to the interests and preferences of our clients.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Be a beacon of light and laughter, spreading joy and making every interaction a memorable one.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for caregiving and making a positive impact in people’s lives.
  • A sense of humor that can lighten any situation and bring smiles to those around you.
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but a great attitude and enthusiasm are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Reliability, patience, and a kind heart with a knack for making every day a bit more fun.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field preferred
  • Must have a sympathetic attitude towards the cares and dignity of our clients
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks as required by the client
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly.
