To excel as a Full Time Head Start Teacher Assistant at Child Advocates of Blair County, candidates should possess either an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood development. Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED paired with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a state-awarded certificate meeting CDA requirements is also acceptable.
