Responsibilities
- Participate in host team assignments based on area of discipline.
- Participate in cohort project with other Summer Team Members, developing and designing team specific tasks, executing project work, and delivering progress presentations.
- Participate in project focused Scrum rituals (standup, refinement, planning, retrospective)
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment to complete assignments on time.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to receive and apply feedback
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills while being comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications
- Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2025 or 2026 (current junior/senior status)
- The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from the end of May to mid-August
- An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry
