Role Overview:

As the energy landscape in California undergoes significant transformations, homeowners are increasingly seeking backup battery solutions to complement their energy needs. Unfortunately, some competitors have overlooked the necessity of integrating batteries into residential solar installations, leaving homeowners exposed to exorbitant retail costs from utility companies. At Voltaic Energy, we view this as an opportunity to set new industry standards and aid homeowners in rectifying their current power situation. Your primary responsibility will involve educating homeowners at their doorstep about the range of solar and battery options available to them and demonstrating how they can benefit from incorporating them into their homes. By engaging with qualified homeowners at their residences, your role will be to raise awareness about the issue and present our solution, ultimately scheduling appointments for our Expert Consultants to guide them through the transition to clean energy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Initiate sales consultations through door-to-door introductions.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up communication to nurture marketing pipelines.
  • Actively engage in team training sessions and meetings.
  • Develop a customer service and follow-up process that exceeds client expectations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance objectives.

Role Requirements:

  • While sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
  • Must have flexible availability for full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous).
  • Completion of relevant sales training programs is required.
  • Must consistently perform in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential.
