Job DescriptionJob Description

Amotec has been engaged in a search for an Outside Sales Representative with our client, a global construction material manufacturer, located in the Southern CA region. You must be local to Southern California to be considered for this role. This is a unique opportunity to establish a new career with formal training and no experience required  As the Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for prospecting and selling all company products within the assigned region. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive base salary, quarterly sales incentives, a company truck, and a comprehensive benefits package, as well as the ability to create your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work on a cross functional team
  • Must be able to travel to assigned sales meetings, customer locations, and trade shows
  • Have a passion for sales and a willingness to learn
  • Conduct follow up calls and meetings with existing and prospective clients
  • Train directly with senior sales representatives for the first year of employment

Qualifications:

  • B.A., Business or related field
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to build lasting relationships
  • Desire to have a career in sales
  • Valid Driver’s License
