What You will Do


Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Assembler performs assembly of a diverse range of fixture and cabinetry products.


Requirements:

You will wear many hats, but a day in this role generally includes:


  • Practice all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and drawings to produce fixtures and solid surfaces within tolerances and specifications.
  • Gather and assemble kits.
  • Assemble fixtures and cabinetry with glue/clamps, dowels, screws, etc.
  • Install the appropriate hardware, such as hinges and handles.
  • Operate drill, table saw, chop saw, router, sanding equipment, stapler and other power and hand tools.
  • Recognize, deploy, and properly use inserts, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Package and prep products for shipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Able to read fixture drawings.
  • Proficient with drill, table saw, chop saw, router, sanding equipment, stapler and other power and hand tools.
  • Ability to measure dimensions and angles.
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Good arithmetic skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship.
