Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, updating records, and managing office supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
