We are one of Colorado's most significant heating and air conditioning companies, offering the best products and services in the industry. We are now hiring for the position of Customer Service rep. This position includes: (call-taking, online filing and organizing paperwork, and customer service). We are a well-established and fast-growing HVAC company in the Denver metro area looking for an outgoing, energetic person to handle our large volume of new customers. The person applying for this job should have experience in appointment setting and customer service. We supply some training, but the applicant should have some experience in this or similar fields. Experience with Service Titan or a comparable CRM is a plus (we will train).

Qualifications and Skills
Must have a High School Diploma (associate degree preferred)Must have experience in office managementMust have experience with Google SuiteMust have experience with QuickBooksbonuses and incentives for reaching sales goals$20-$25 hour plus commission (high-income opportunity) negotiable based on experience.
