Case Records Supervisor: Come join our local non-profit Responsible for the management of all KETCH case records, forms, templates, and assuring compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations. Serves as the KETCH HIPAA Privacy Officer and chairs the KETCH Forms committee. Responsible for set up and maintaining files for persons served, data entry, status changes, processing requests, and distributing information for meetings and reports. Maintains laminator and printer operations, and supervises the Case Records Assistant. FT M-F 8:00-4:30 Immediately hiring. EOE

Requirements for Case Records Supervisor:

  • High school diploma or accredited GED
  • A minimum of one year work experience in records management and HIPAA compliance
  • Current valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Work experience with Microsoft Office systems
  • Able to type 50 wpm
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizing skills
  • Effective multitasking skills with ability to handle numerous interruptions
  • Strong telephone and customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less
  • Other beneficial experience – Records management, Case records, Administrative assistant, type 50 wpm, HIPAA rules and regulations, templates, printers, multi-tasking, multi-line phones, customer service, large laminators, Microsoft applications, detail oriented.
